APAC Winners
Our Global Support Centre has once again made QNET very proud by placing among the APAC Contact Centre World (CCW) Top Ranking Performers for 2013. Roughly 200 delegates from 14 countries (Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Indonesia, India, Pakistan, Thailand, Cambodia, Australia, New Zealand, China, Hong Kong, Japan and Russia) participated in this year’s competition, with the QNET GSC competing in three categories where they managed excel in ALL categories!
QNET took home one gold and two silver awards:
- Pushpalatha Balan – Gold Award: Best Small Contact Centre
GOLD Medal Winner and Ranked #1 for Asia Pacific 2013
- Myk Sia – Silver Award: Best Operations Manager
SILVER Medal Winner and Ranked #2 for Asia Pacific 2013
- Kelvin Chin – Silver Award: Best Supervisor
SILVER Medal Winner and Ranked #2 for Asia Pacific 2013
Among the Malaysia participants, QNET was the only company who was able to receive a gold award. Our QNET representatives worked very hard to make it through the three stages of the competition before being declared winners at the gala dinner. Now, they can proudly represent QNET and the Asia Pacific in the world competition this coming November. Let us all wish them the best!
