FAQs

Q: Why do I get 6 nights only when I’m using 7 nights of my entitlement?
A: QVI has made special arrangement by purchasing several rooms at a higher cost so as to accommodate IRs during V-Malaysia 2013.

Q: Can I get a refund for any unutilized nights if I decided to check-in late or check-out early?
A: Unfortunately, the rooms have been purchased for a specific period, 7 – 13 May, therefore any unutilized nights will not be refunded.

Q: Can I pay for 1 day early check-in or late check-out?
A: IRs have the option of checking in several days earlier or checking out several days later but they need to make their own arrangement and it will be on their own expense. For more details on daily rate, please logon to www.impiana.com.my.

Q: Can I bring more people to stay with me?
A: Each Deluxe room can accommodate 2 adults and 2 children maximum but they must be below 12 years and no extra bed will be provided, or 3 adults maximum with an extra bed. Please note that extra bed is subject to availability.

Q: How much is the cost for an extra bed and how do I arrange for it?
A: The cost of an extra bed is RM50++ without breakfast and RM70++ with breakfast, per night. Please contact the hotel directly for arrangement.

Q: Can my friends or family travel instead of myself?
A: IRs may issue a Guest Certificate if they are not traveling by paying the Guest Certificate fee of USD50
